Ok guys,

Here's my (probably) first poll.

Which headlights?

1 or 2?


I'm leaning towards 2, but I have been known to have no taste.

I'm not really hot on either of them, but I'd have to go with #2 by default--#1 just looks too Chebbie-ish.

#2 has a more modern look to it with the stacked lights.

ok well i could help more if the pics wernt side by side on my monitor. so im guessin #1 is the halos and the normal looking turn signal up top, and #2's are the ones that say g-force (werd ) id say the g force, since the other ones look like they forgot about the turn signal. also i dont like the layout of the stock lamp assy (turn on top, and headlight on bottom)

Projectors are known for clarity though.

They are both HALO'd units. #1 is a CCFL halo the other is... a regular one?

#2 has the turn signal on the bottom (best as I can tell). Or it could be the strip at the top. Dunno.

Matter of fact... they are. I HATE the OEM headlamps on it.

Anything is better than those goofy arsed looking OEM headlamps me thinks.

And no, it's not a ricer mod. I know it won't give me an extra 50Ft Lbs of torque... the best I can hope for is 10ft lbs.

I'm going with an all black theme on it.

Recon just shipped me 400 bucks worth of mirror, rear light, cab and hip black-out lights.

sounds cool frog. i had a 97 f150 that i did the all black theme. thats how i learned that keeping black clean is a PIA, and after i sold it i swore that i will never own a black veh ever again

Black is a PITA to keep clean, this is true. But there's a new invention that just rolled down to the consumer market... They call it "water". Supposedly, it helps keep stuff clean. I'm still looking into it.

hmmmmm water ehh? might have to look into that. you know what they say, "gotta fight fire with fire" so i just threw more dirt on it, hoping it would make the other dirt fall off. occasionally i rubbed it with a rock but nothing seemed to work

The halos on that use LEDs probably be much dimmer that the ccfl but the ccfl youll have to replace those damn ballasts. There is a company called inprocarwear loo and see what they have to offer.Also make sure the projectors are a good quality or you wont see very much.I had some on my 95 gt made by APC (crap) they were more of a fog light than anything else.
My vote is option 2 based on looks but, the the others out perform then well option 1
