got too old (and fat) to get in and out of the vette (hence the screenname) and have found the ls's much more comfortable and to my likeing! retired, ya right from the banking industry and have found that rebuilding wrecks have been my calling all along! anyway thanks for the warm welcome and i look forward to getting to know new friends--mike

Know whatcha mean, been there done that with the Vette.. ours was a 75 if I recall. Like getting in and out of the floorboard of any other car. You're not alone!
