Help me identify this part!

Hello all, new to the forum... but been lurking around for a while, got my 2001 LS V6 a month ago and just finished replacing the whole front end suspension. I'm trying to deal with a code P0401 (EGR), so far checked and cleaned everything including the DPFE, but I think I found the cause of it, I just don't know how it's call. As you can see in the pictures is this hose/tube that goes from the TB to the back of the engine. Right at the back it's cracked and when I move it I can hear the air leak.
I'll appreciate any help in knowing the part name and how difficult to change it. Thanks.

Looks like it may be the EGR tube or hose. Can you take it off with out to much damage? If so take the part to your local dealer, or parts store. Or just try to google EGR tube. Hope this helps!

Thanks, actually I found out it's the PCV Valve Hose, and the part that is broken is just the connector, so I guess I got lucky So I'll probably be changing that and the pcv valve as well, and the elbow. Ok, since im in there as everyone else says here get the spark plugs as well....
