back again here's the story one day i was riding all of a sudden my car lost power and started idle bad with a miss and the engine light was flashing i took it to the shop they said it was my valve cover gasket so i took it upon myself to change them got the car back together still runs rough but now it cuts off it my foot is now on the gas does anyone know what it may be before i take it to the shop and get rob o and by the way its a 98 lsc really don't want to junk it but may have to.

FLASHING CEL only means ONE thing MISFIRE. Buy your own code reader and read codes and replace coils that say it needs. DONE. You should have done this in the first place. Or even buy all 8 new and never worry about them for years.

I forgot to mention I put new plugs and coils to and she still missing

That could be your problem right there.

What you mean those are the wrong ones or something it fits and connect

Autolite platinum set them right maybe I will take them out to make sure

I never buy Accel stuff. Put stock coils back in and see how she runs.

Did you replace the plug well seals in the center of the VC when you did the gaskets?

Yep I did valve cover gasket accel coils and auto lite platinum spark plugs

Take the accel coils out and get motorcrafts,

Plugs gapped at .054?

I wouldn't run Platinum plugs either.....

Probably more than one. The tee by the throttle body can leak for sure. From three different points. I suggest doing a vacuum test.

I change every thing back with the coils and reset the plugs same thing

one plug i couldnt change i guess its strip and im looking on line could it be O2 sensors making it run like that because when i went to the shop it was only a missfire in cylinder 7 but with the oil coils it still running the same and cuts off at low rpm

Did you replace the #7 cop?

yep but but the third cylinder is the plug thats stuck now the car hestitates when you put it in reverse and drive
