Ok, so the state will need to prove that the illegal lights were the cause of the accident - I'd think they'd have a hard time doing that. (hopefully at least)

If Cali ends up being successful, then it could have serious repercussions for the rest of us with modified lights, then we'll be back to square 1. (and a bit)

Mafioso is between a rock and a hard place and in his medical condition this is not a good thing.

he went above and beyond to help us out..now he's getting his reward for his efforts.

That is rediculous. First of all there are tons of companies some are quite large (i.e. Summit Racing and Jegs) that sell parts not legal for on road use. Second this is amount to going after Louisville Slugger because someone get hit in the head with a bat.

Lou is a good guy dealing with a horrible disease, he should not have to be dealing with the Californias insane laws.
