Bring it to the dealer or a trans place that does trans. flushes, you need a scan tool to check fluid levels correctly when trans is at a certain temp, there is no dipstick.

I have the dealership workshop manual published by ford and it says nothing about using that vacuum tool, it uses a regular oil suction gun, the only thing that it mentions that could be troublesum is that it has to be on level ground +/-2 to 3 degrees) to ensure that it is properly filled.
