How long do Lincoln LS engines last?

I got 180000+ on my 01 V6. Runs just like new.

Holy crap some of you gus have a lot of miles! I Just hit 100K in my 02 LS8 on wednesday. No engine specific problems except coils and VC gaskets. Plenty of other issues though....

On my 05 LS V6, I dogged the crap out of the engine from 22k, to 65k till it got totalled by a friend, and it ran like a friggin champ. I mean, it sounded good, quiet in the cabin and outside, really smooth shifting and all that.

On my 05 LS V8, I bought it wat 45k miles, and now im at 60k, and it sounds good and shifts a little more aggressive than the V6, but the only problem I see on it, is the suspension doesnt seem as comfortable as my V6.

Wow thats some how miles but did notice owlmans mpg was 21.9 and Quick Ls was 9.2 is one of need of a tune up, or just lead foot?

A supercharger and rediculously heavy foot will do that.

yeah - there's a hole in my gas tank - but to fix it I'd have to take the supercharger off...
