I was reading on the forum QuilLS says you have a 1.5 degrees camber, is that for the front or rear?

Both. That is about as much as you can have without ruining your street tires - too quickly.

Being lowered 2" I have neg camber anyways - since the LS has no adjustment in the rear and minimal in the front. So since I was going to have it anyway - I thought I might as well plan, measure and do it right.

I certainly helps in Autocrossing - not recommended for highway drivers...
