I have no power to my OBDII port, what fuse should I look for?

I brought my car to a transmission shop and he said they tried to hook the car up to their machine and see how the transmission was running except he couldnt get power to the OBDII port. He said it might be a fuse?. any ideas?

If your LS is gen II, he may have tried a non-CAN OBD-II reader.

could very well be a loose ground wire maybe the main ground, or a bad sphincter valve

this is just a fuse issue more then likely and he is a dumass because he should know that and fix it to scan it.
