Well folks it is with a heavy heart and much sorrow that I make this post. Just about 3 hours ago I bought an 05 G35 Sedan and I turned the keys over to my old LS V6. You folks made owning a lincoln LS bearable and I wish you all the best.

It has truely been a pleasure to talk with all day in and day out for the past few months. If youhappen into the Tampa area and need a hand turning a wrench or downing aber please do not hesitate to call or email me in advance.

If you PM me it will forward to my email so if you have a question or just want to chat, again please do not hesitate to contact me.

I had what I thought was goin to be my next Lincoln LS but when the dealer emailed the pix to me this afternoon I discovered that there were way too many scratches than I could accept.

So I went to the Infiniti dealer and bought the Blk/Blk 6Spd MT that caught my eye last weekend. I got a great deal and the customer service is well above anything I had ever exprienced with any lincoln dealer I had ever visited.

Just because you bought an Infinity, stick around with your knowledge of Lincoln's LS you can still be a real help.
 
We've lost another one. Enjoy your new car, and don't forget to stop by every now and then.
 
:slam oh man sorry to that your deal with the LS you were suppose to get didn't go through the way it was suppose to!! Wish you the best and hey don't go any where you're still welcomed here no reason for you to leave!! Congrats on your new car!! Hope to still see you around here!! Once again Congrats on the new car, wish you and your family the best!! Post some new pics of the new ride when you get it!!

Thanks Joey! he kind words mean a lot. LvC cetain has become a home away from home while at home on my computer... huh what the hell did that mean :) must be the stress of the car shopping.

Yeah the SE Chapter has officially been turned in. I am going to miss the pension and perks :) but not the late hours. Ok I will miss the late hours too!

Thanks. My next stop was Dodge and then Pontia if Infiniti hadn't come through. I have a good base for HP to start with at 298 and The 6spd and RWD... well these are all things that brought us to the LS.

As the sales guy was going over the cars feature today I kept saying yep uh huh the LS has that... mmm hmm yep LS has that too and this was after I bought the car.

WOW is that your car? DAMN That is bad as hell. You can bet I will. I hit those roads all the time.
 
I volunteer for the Prez position of the SE, even though I'm TOTALLY unqualified!!!! Otherwise, I nominate Ken.

Haha yeah at Dodge they were showing off some of the Charger's "amazing" features, all of which the LS has, plus tons more. The Dodge dealer was amazed by my rain-sensing wipers, speed sensitive radio volume, etc.

Those are probably the only two LS goodies I'll really miss. Oh, and seat memory.
 
Well, I hate to see you defect to a foreign job but if that's what you want then you'll be happy with it. I like the G35 couple and you'll find a ton of aftermarket items for that car. That is definitely a one up on the LS. You can still hang around here and we won't give you that much of a hard time. :gr_devil:

Yeah I do not have the rain sensing wipers but I do have the 2 driver seat memory. I really had my heart set on the LSE though.

Thanks Ken. After trying so hard to beat it to fit and paint it to match I just made a snap decision to go buy the G35.

I can't believe I willbe the target of Rice jokes now... but I can make my own sake now :D

Sushi at my place this weekend.

My wife saw a great shirt in the mall the other day... on the back it said "hey dude your car is leaking rice" I did not get to se the front though.
 
Oddly yesterday when I exited the showroom someone else had just arrived in an 04 Blk/Blk LSv8 and was looking at G35's. I was shocked. Sort of a twilight zone moment.
 
I may be new, but it's obvious that you were loved on the boards here...

With I wish you the best of luck with you G35. Hopefully you'll stay around and still chat, and possibly turn others to the dark side.

wow, sorry to hear noah. would of defiantly been great to met you, exspecialy with a lincoln. but all in all, those cars will last a long time. i do not remember where i read this but infiniti is going to drop the Q45 motor into the G35 soon. so be on the look out for the G45 that is going to be a sick car. again wish you good luck on the new car!

I have come to enjoy and look forward to your responses. I couldn't believe how much I missed hearing from you why you were moving. You have been a tremendous asset to this board.

You will be missed my friend.
