So my journey home tonight..... yeah, one of them threads. 
I am traveling through Waco to head home from work. I am in two lanes of traffic waiting for the car next to me to turn so I can change lanes cause the big ass Chevy Solverado in front of me is doing 8mph under and weaving all over as this stupid fat ass biotch is texting. So I change lanes and get ahead of them. Well at the next light I can see a cop car blocking off the left lane cause of a stalled car so I merge back over and as i approach the traffic light it turns red. The car in front of me shoots the red light but there is a cop right there AND red means stop, right? So I stop. I look in my rear view mirror so see the staring at my car and nodding his head but also notice the big red Silverado with fat biotch is barling down on me and shes looking at the stalled car. I had enough time to say out loud "This is going to suck." I look foreward cause I am just going to nail the gas and go but cross traffic is solid so all I could do (yes enough time for all this to be seen clearly to me) was push the brake pedal all the way down and brace myself. I watch the mirror as the truck slams into my car without so much as a tap on the brakes. I also watch the teenage girl in the passenger seat fly out of the seat and slam into the widshield and shatter it. Then I was laying down cause my seat back bracket broke. I ask the cop if he wants me to pull over and he directs both our cars off to the side. After a few minutes the cop comes up and says "She dont have insurance and its not her truck" At that point I didnt care about the poor girl that wasnt wearing her seatbelt and tried to make my eyes shoot lasers at the fat cawnt behind the wheel. Im looking at my car just livid! I calm down as I realize its just my bumper and exhaust and seat bracket and add up the repairs in my head. I then notice how the trucks bumper is caved in and the grill pushed back and am amazed that my car is relativly ok. So I start taking pics of everything cause i am gonna sue the hell out of them.
My back and neck hurt like crazy too. The amber lamps showed up and asked me if I wanted to go to the hospital. I wanted to but I looked at my car and thought a few hundred for towing and storage, plus the medical bills (no health insurance), plus the fact that my stereo and wheels would be stolen and that I ws 50 miles from home.... I just didnt want to leave the car. So I declined and let them concentrate on the girl in the passenger seat of the truck. She didnt stopo crying the whole time and it was a gut wrenching terriable pain kind of cry. I felt bad for her.
So the cop gives me all the info and says that the truck has insurance but the driver cant get ahold of the owner to get the policy info. I tell him about JUST getting that bumper replaced and painted this week and he is really going on and on about how much he likes the car and cant believe the hit it took to still be ok. He tells me hes giving her a "Following too close, innatentive driving, no insurance and failure to yield tickett" and I point out that they were not wearing their seat belts so he wrote two more ticketts for no seat belt and a minor without a seatbelt. Biotch.
I just got home and called the owner to get the insurance info. They are with Farmers so I hope things wont be too bad. I am sure they will total the car though. I will buy it back and work on keeping the title clear but who knows. Cars only worth $4000 +/- KBB and as regular rates the car has about that much dammage figuring $700 for the bumper, $600 for paint, $900 for a seat and about $1000 for the exhaust (all based on new stock prices). I am in pain so there will be an attempt to collect on that too.
Dont worry LVC, I will not part it out. ALL money I get will go back into the car.
If anyone knows of a perfect condition graphite drivers seat please let me know. Not sure whats up with the bracket but since it bent and I bent it most of the way back it will forever be a weak link so I just will replace it.
I hate people so much. I just cant get ahead! Every dam step foreward results in 3 steps back.
