I think I just blew a fuse

I was attempting to fix my broken courtesy light in the drivers side rear door and accidentially touched together the two wires that connect to the light. I heard a tiny noise and now the following dont work

-Power mirrors
-power locks
-overhead courtesy lights
-door mounted courtesy lights

windows still work radio and everything else works car starts up... what the hell did i just do and how do i fix it?

Check the fuses and replace blown fuse.

Rereading my post I banged it out rather quickly and now see what an incredibly stupid question that was. Of course the title was i THINK i blew a fuse so i just wanted to make sure thats what it in fact was. thanks again

Ofcourse there are stupid questions, Pepp. Say for example, you're having lunch, eating a sandwich, and a coworker approaches you. Co-worker asks "Hey, are you eating a sandwich?" Are you telling me that's not a stupid question?
