The 1st #1. I like the wheels on the 2nd set of photos, but the ones on the 1st set of photos win out. Personally cars just look better to me with a little ground clearance.

20s! I pretty much loved my 20s. And they looked great. The ride was also fine, not too harsh at all like I thought it would be.
