Idling RPMs

I have an 00 LS V6. When my car is in idle about how many RPMs should my engine be running?

600-700 when its fully warmed up.

first start when the car is cold will be around 1500 and will gradually drop.

ok...thanks..mine used to be around that range up until about 2 days ago...it would go from about 1500 on a cold start and idle down to about 900...it used to be 600 or 700...any reason for this...maybe something is sticking...i know i had my fuel injection and throttle body cleaned by the dealership about a week ago.
