lex...you obviously don't know what's involved with this. IF...and that is one big IF...you could find a dealer willing to do it for straight time, I would guess this NAV swap would cost you thousands. You need the head unit, the dvd drive, modules, antenna, etc etc. You need a complete new main body harness. You need various misc harnesses. Then, depending on what radio your car originally had, you are going to have to completely rewire the stereo system too. The original radio powers the speakers differently than the Nav system does. You will need the amps and all the harnesses for that too. It is by no means an easy swap...and very price prohibitive unless you can find a wrecked LS with EVERYTHING you need. Then it's probably doable. If you want NAV, I would recommend the AVIC-Z1. I decided to go that route in my Aviator and have been VERY pleased. Not only that, it is easily bypassed so you can have all the NAV features while in motion and don't have to stop the car everytime you want to make a change.
