Installing infinity basslink on factory deck- please help

Well I said forget replacing the 6X8 for now, I just unhooked them and am living a much happier life

My question is how do I pull the factory deck out? Some special tool?

The shop that installs said it would be at least 2 weeks before they can fit me in! I even offered to duke them an extra $50 and they wouldn't budge! HAHA

It came with RCA's and a control knob and what not, I just REALLY don't wanna go tearing carpet and what not...

So I will not need a line converter on the factory deck?

I will be disconnecting the back 2 subs and using my own 10" basslink self amplified.

My main question here is what do I need to do to get the RCA's in the back of the radio? I have read there are holes for them in the audiophile, and also read that they are not any and I need a line converter.
