Is a valve cover gasket leak a big deal..

I'm very set on getting blk/blk

The interior is black leather, and the exterior is the dark charcoal color. You'd swear it's black, until you get up closer to it and see the dark dark grey & metal flake color.

Here, look, at first glance, what color is this:

Oh, and the warranty expires at 118k or in September 2007, whichever comes first (I originally said 2008).
