Lol I'll be there and I will be driving from Michigan so I can tag along with you Indiana folks.

Massachusetts, Map quested from my house to the hotel location and thats how I got my time in transit.

Not sure how close you are to New Haven Ct. But I made that drive in 18hrs. Left 2pm and arrived home at 8am the following morning. BUT i was driving a large truck. At the time, Ohio and Illinios was 55mph for trucks. Stooped three times.
 
I can only do around 10-12 hours in the LS. By then I just want out, or missles in the headlights to shoot at people. I'll probably stop in Paris, TN for a day and visit some family up there. Cheaper then a hotel and the room service is better.
 
ohh man this is going to be sweet, as long as the car is in a good running stand point I will be there. Should be a few people from the michigan/ohio area that could drive together. Nothing better than seeing a line of LS's driving down the highway lol

I have put together a simple schedule for the weekend activities.

Friday, simple meet and greet. Dinner at a local place. Maybe a few adult beverages.:Beer Checkout everyones LSes and take pictures of course.:rolleyes:

Saturday, hit the Arch grounds for some pictures. Possible Arch tour for those interested. AB brewery tour and free samples of beer.:Beer Grants Farm to see the AB Clydesdales and more FREE beer at the stables.:rolleyes: Back to the hotel to rest a bit and clean up. Dinner and hit a local car cruise to show off LVC Class, Style, Attitude.:)

Sunday, group breakfest and say "goodbyes". Some last group photo shots.

For those of you that are night owls and are looking for after hours entertainment. Casino Queen, the Landing(riverfront bars). For your late hours adult entertainment just ask. I will point you in the right direction.;)

How does this sound gentlemen?

Put me down for a room please, hard to say if I can make it though being that work has been balls to the walls busy lately. Can't say it will be that way in June though. I may bring someone if they're interested (I would if it were free to me) but I'm not too optimistic about it. If I don't show I'll PayPal ya some money or however that would work if I didn't show.

I take it no one has folded down the back seats and slept in there car before? Desperate times call for desperate measures, I wasn't ready to drive 3 hours in a blizzard so I parked it and slept snuggly in my Carhartt.

I just found out today. St Louis Gateway is planning to re-open this spring. Not sure if anyone would be interested in going to a dragstrip. It is only 15 minutes from our hotel.
 
Sorry not to include but it will be 1-2 people, 1 bed. Thanks Rollin for putting this together!

- Is there going to be a deadline to register for this?

- May I reserve an executive suite at the HIE?

- Can I borrow your driveway to wash my car once I arrive? It's going to be dirty as all hell :(

- We should have prizes for fun categories if we get a large amount of people to register

I hope we get good numbers for this. My friend is considering missing his Ocean City AWD Fest for this the same weekend to be my co-pilot. That show has hundreds of cars, live music, contents, bikini girls, a dyno and the beach. So...sign up people!

1. Deadline is May 1st. Need to let the hotel the number of rooms by then.

2. I am sure you can. Would you like me to check the price?

3. No. Your LS will get even dirtier on the drive back from my place. I will see if I can bring a hose up and use at the hotel. If not, there is a car wash 1.5 miles from the hotel. We can use.:D

4. I am working on attednance prizes and a few other specail things for those that attend.;)
 
I dunno bout you guys but I plan on bringing some things I want to get rid of. I have like a old grill insert, ventshades, and other various things I will just hand out if people want them at the meet.
