Should I also change all suspension parts on the car?

I have a 2002 LS8 with 121k miles... Never did any suspension work before...

Is it a safe bet to buy this: Lincoln LS Suspension Parts

and install the springs with them?

Yes, it would be a good idea to overhaul your suspension (Its always a good idea).

My daughter's '00 has original parts with the exception of shocks, stabilizer bar and lower ball joints. The only reason I needed ball joints is the car was lowered for a few years and that put extra stress on the joints, wearing them out. The car has over 180K miles.......

I would only replace the worn parts, unless you're made of $$$$$$$$...
