Just replaced coil #3 and still misfire

My 04' v6 lincoln ls is still having missfires. It threw a code up for coil#3 missfire last weekend so i bought a coil and replaced coil #3. ok so, the next day its still losing power when i go up hill or hit a sharp turn and will not excelerate it just hesitates. also at some stop lights, the car starts shaking. these problems happen a lot more often when i have the AC on and when its messing up the AC blows out hot air. it threw up a code today it said ....
Front primary/secondary coil circuit malfuction. and didnt even say which coil. any help would be great. thanks.

Swap them all just my 2 cents saves the trouble of doing what your doing also might as well change the spark plugs

yeah that is a good idea but im pretty sure all of them have been replaced recently i had them fixed one at a time with the warranty. where is a good place to buy all these parts i would prefer motorcraft

You didn't change the plug, did ya?

If your car falls under warranty let the dealer deal with it if not I bought my coils on ebay and haven't had an issue since (Knock on wood)

You may have pinched a wire when you put the top half of the manifold back on. What is the exact five character code that came up?

the code reads PO356 i called auto zone they told me its coil #6 and the definition of the code says it could be a loose wire (i eliminated that theory already) a bad coil or bad spark plug. ill change both the plug and coil then a few weeks from now ill replace all the coils and plugs i guess

It'll be the coil, connector, or wiring. The plug wouldn't normally be involved with this code.

Of course, you should always replace the plug when you replace the coil, anyway.

Yes, but PO356 is not a misfire code. It is a code for an electrical fault on the primary (low voltage) side of the coil.
The PCM is not going to get the cylinder number wrong on that one.
