Welp, today I turned 60,000 in my 01 LS V8. So far, he's had no broken bones but has a scrap on the right rear fender. So far, he's going strong. I was just wondering where everyone else was on thier LS (or Cadi).
ok, so it's not a lincoln...it's a Ford Ranger, but it's at 203,000+ miles right now and still running strong. It eats transmissions regularly at 75,000 mile intervals, but I can't really complain since the only thing on the engine itself I've ever had to replace is the water pump.
Can someone get me a shop that will swap my auto transmission for a manual though!?
My 96 Mark VIII just turned 138,000 earlier this week. And it still plants me in the seat and screams the tires when I romp it to the floor. Can't wait to get the 94 on the road. Should be finished soon.
my '89 TC signature is gettin' close to 125,000 and it runs great. got an exhaust leak on the driver side causing a little stumble and the mufflers are rusted through but all that'll be fixed this weekend. i've had to put a new water pump, and i just replaced the plugs, wires, cap & rotor, ignition coil and EGR at 120k which alleviated almost all of the issues i had with the motor not actin' right
My 01 LS has 97k on it now, everything is good except I get some knocking noises from the front suspention and there is a very minor coolant leak, will have it fixed in couple of days. The rest is shiny as never before.
