Just when I thought I had heard the dumbest thing ever, he kept talking

And this guy: (been posted before, but I still get a kick out of it) :D

lol the "BOOSTED COMPUSTION" guy JDM TYTE YOOOOOOOOOO!
I once met a kid that had a Trans-Am. He told me it was turbocharged. I was like "wow, I gotta see the motor". Anyway he popped the hood and everything was stock. I was like, "umm hate to break it to you but there is no turbo here". He seemed confused and then confessed the car seemed fast to him so he just assumed it had a turbo. Non-car people have no clue about what they are talking about. People get stuff in their heads I dunno from where and believe it without actually knowing for themsleves.

i saw a guy in rockford today in a jeep compass with turbo badges and fender vents all over it (even the back bumper)

I had twice that in it. Custom mats, seats, sound system, paint, hood and a fully built motor pushing almost 800hp to the ground. I offered it for $32000 with all the original stuff(motor, tranny, fuel system, hood, seats, and wheels and tires)and two other blowers that had been on it. This 50 year old dude called me and asked to look at it. Then he asked how much for just the car. I didn't really want to keep all the stuff so I said $29000 and he bought it. It might not be worth it to you guys, but it was a one off car, with everything done to it that a hardcore mustang guy could want, except maybe twin turbos.

The flag is still raised. Need pics of the car and special stuff. With the mods listed its worth maybe 5k over book and thats still pretty damn far South of $29,000 even though you said at first you sold it for $30,000.

Actually now that I think about it there is no way in hell you went .60 overbore. Dont think (could be wrong) that a 4.6 can even be pushed .060 over....... come to think of it .030 over pushes them to a 3.583" bore and that is the limit for people pushing for a 5.1L mod motor. Then there is no way a Vortech kit is gonna lay down 800HP.

I call :bsflag: on the whole damn thing.

Wheres the pics?

And 800 hp to the ground is proven with dyno...let's see those sheets!!!

Vortech was the first kit. Procharger was what was on it when I finished. As far as you not believing me, I don't give a damn. I am a grown ass man I don't have time to make up stories on a lincoln website. My whole point was the guy who bought the F150 is a tard who got took. Never meant to get into a pissing contest with anybody. I if I were gonna lie to you guys, wouldn't I come on here and say I have a 800hp Mark VIII or some :q:q:q:q like that. Oh and I meat to type .030 not 60. But :q:q:q:q it your not gonna believe me anyway

Bet that Centerforce dual friction clutch works great in that Mach 1 that nobody wanted because it was an automatic!

I worked at Advance Auto Parts back in high school. That was back when they hired people based upon their automotive knowledge. Unfortunately, one of my co-workers missed the boat. We had seemingly endless arguments over whether or not pre-1993 Ford Rangers and Mazda pickups shared a chassis/body. He thought they did, I knew they didn't. IIRC, 1993 was when Mazda started using the Ford Ranger as the base for its B-Series pickup. Before that, the Ranger and B-Series were completely different animals. I even showed him pictures in Haynes manuals (this was way before smart phones and mobile web and google) of the different suspensions, different engines, different interiors, different body styles, everything that would prove that they weren't even close to being the same vehicle. But he continued to insist they were the same. I never could convince him. I couldn't believe it. He was more stubborn than me.:)

I put a C4 in it cause I broke :q:q:q:q all the time. I was just rambling off the list of everything I could think of that I put in the car.
A C4? Dude, stop diggin the hole! You did not put a C4 in it. You also said the Vortech was the first setup and then you did the .... whatever you put and then sold it. Yet in the tread you say you sold your "Vortech Blown" Mach1. Then in your list you add the trans info yet say it was an auto swap?.......
Dude, you are full of chit!

The last time I drove a c4 it was an auto too I don't think I have ever driven one with a clutch

I thought you didn't care and wanted me to bake you something. Anyways its had a vortech then a novi and finally the D1SC, I always refer to it as "my vortech blown Mach 1" my buddy has a pic of him installing the roll cage. Will this help you not care anymore?

wow, so anyway....

I have had that problem at the gas pump... having 5+different cars does that to you...

also I remember going to the Philadelphia International Auto Show about 6 years ago, I was with a friend of mine and we checked out all the cars.. well they also invite some classic cars to fill up some room and all.

Well there was a MINT 68Z28 and I was checking it out, and explaining to my buddy how rare it is with the 302v8 and all.

two older guys... mid 50s... one says to the other, I can't believe they would butcher a camaro like that and put a ford motor in it...

I so wanted to correct the moron, but just smiled and walked away....

Oops!!

Then there is no way a Vortech kit is gonna lay down 800HP

I have no dog in this fight and this whole build may well be a figment of the OPs imagination. But an engine doesn't know the source of the boost that's helping it make horsepower.

A quick check on the Turbo forum will show a sticky of a professional build using mostly Ford GT engine pieces. The purpose of the thread is to show how to make north of 2000 horsepower. Granted that you'll be able to get more boost from a really scienced-out turbo installation than from any centrifugal blower, it's still easily possible to get more than 1000 HP from a 4.6 with a Vortech and the other necessary hardware.
