On my 1994 Continental, can anyone tell me or link to a page that has the instructions on reprogramming the keyless entry remote (fob).

Thanks

These instructions came when I purchased one for my 96 Conti. They listed a bunch of instructions for different makes, models..Here what they say for a 94 Conti:
Turn ignition to RUN or ACC.Momentarily jump pins in programming connector located behind glove box. All doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming code. Press any button on 1st remote transmitter.Door locks will cycle to confirm programming. Press any button on 2nd transmitter(up to 4).
Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to confirm to indicate end of programming.

Any idea which connecotr this is? There is a two pin connector that is on the far right which is not connected to anything, is that it? I would hate to jump the wrong thing and break something.

Sorry, I dont...I had to program a 96 using the entry #'s so there was no jumping.I'll try to look thru Chilton book, but I doubt it'll show anything that specific.

I tried the jumping the two pin connector and to worked. I reprogrammed a different remote and it works great. Thanks for the info!

I was curious though, do any of this model Continental have the anti-theft system installed? Everyone I see for sale doesn't nor does mine. I read about it in the book and have never seen one with it.

Hi!
I have a simillar problem here. But i couldn't find that two pin connector. I have looked everywhere under the glove box(under the interior covering) can someone post a picture perhaps. I have a Lincoln Continental 94
Thanks a lot in advance

To locate the connector you have to open the glove box. Then you'll notice rubber stoppers that stop the glove box from coming out any further. All you have to do is pull the rubber stopper things inward and the whole glove box will swing down. Look to the right side and you'll see a grey connector that isn't connected to anything. That is it. :)

I have a 94 continental signature series. Its loaded with everything except the anti-theft alarm and the CD player. I guess back in 1994 people didn't really want the alarm, because I've only seen a few continentals with the it.

Mine is the same way, everything except the alarm and cd player. It would have been nice to have both, especially the cd player.
