The K&N filter setup is listed for the Thunderbird 2002-05 with the V8. It fits the LS V8 perfectly.

K&N has an intake option for the Gen 2 V8? I did not see anything on their site.

Many thread on this. Many people have it on their sig...like me. Their was a thread on here on why the K&N wasn't listed for the ls even if it obviously fit perfectly. They said it cost to much to get the carb cerification or something like that to add LS under the list. We all know it fits so it's all good,

I think the chrome looks better, but the black one is listed as givin like 15.7 HP increae and the chrome gets like 14.5, suppose to be the material they are made from but what it 1.2 horsepower diff right
