I kind of like the rear of the rendering, but not the front. The front seems to have way too many cues from way too many different cars to work together. Individual tasted do vary; I actually like the MKZ from most angles and think that design could be morphed into a performance sedan/coupe design.
The biggest problem with basing a Lincoln off of the Mustang is the chassis. If only Ford had developed an advanced chassis back in the late 90's/early 00's for luxury sport cars. That's right, they did! An updated DEW98 would be the perfect platform for a high performance luxury sport sedan/coupe combo (The XF is a testament to how relevant that platform still is). The LS was Lincoln's CTS, but unfortunately they never made an LS equivalent to the 2nd gen CTS-V. Now, I don't think there's any chassis at Ford that can really compete with the best of the Germans.
