Left Rear air line damaged

I some how cracked the left rear air suspenion line...And i can,t seem to fix it...I put a small piece of vac line on it and it should have worked...But it didn,t...The damn thing is still leaking...It appears to be leaking..Lower than where the visable crack was...And to make matters worse it damn near impossible to get at it with the IRS in the rear..

Am i gonna need a new rear line????...

Got it fixed...Using a piece a vac line that doesn,t have a pin hole in it and 2 small clamps..

dunno how long that will hold, there is a good amount of psi in there, just get the repair kit from eddie (http://www.americanairsuspension.com/cart/proddetail.php?prod=MK8REPAIR) before it leaves you stranded

According to the gauge in the Spider Valve at full height there is around 85psi in the system!

thats not gonna last not with that much pressure in the line. you might want to contact eddie for a repair kit, you need hard air line and compression fittings to fix it right. vac line is not gonna withstand the pressure too long.

Thanks for the replys guys..Thats what i need..The repair kit..I,ll get it sometime in the near future...

I just needed the nose off the ground so i can work on it..As it won,t see the road for atleast another 2 years maybe more....
