Lincoln ls 2002 started overheating

My car just started overheating since Saturday. The thing is, it overheat like 10 minutes after I start driving it but after I pull over and turn car off or let it sit for few minutes it go away completely. What could be wrong with it? It does that every time I'm leaving to go to work and leaving from work. I really need to get this fix. I have a lincoln ls 2002 v8 3.9.
 
Search - Plastic cooling parts are shot. Replace them all at once if you want to keep the car since they will all fail eventually - it's fairly expensive if done at a dealer. There are several threads documenting everything you need so you can save yourself some cash ordering the parts online (Tasca Ford has always been my go-to place) and/or if you can do the work yourself.

I'm not seeing to post you talking about. I only see 7 of them and went through each one.
 
Think I found the problem

I have an leak in the coolant degas bottle. Because it was empty when I just checked it. Or it might be the hose. But I see green liquid coming from the bottom.
 
If you get the Degas from the dealer be mindful that it does come with the hoses, but NOT the cap. Would probably be wise to replace both. Then follow the air bleeding procedure in the tech articles to the LETTER.

Thanks everyone! But okay I follow everything. I hope this fixes my problem.

You'll be back soon if you don't replace the other plastic too. In fact, there's a good chance that the engine fill cap and thermostat housing will break when you open it to bleed the system.

Yup! that's how it goes. A leak somewhere in the system!
One and all parts at this point, or one other part every other month. 10+yr old car.
