It's a crock. All it does is change your a/f ratio by modifying the signal to the ECM from the IAT sensor.

Not only does it do that but it also put a nice small orange check engine light on your dash for free, they dont mention that. Ive tried the scam.2001LS8Sport said:

I talk about the XCal1 but the XCal2 is a better unit - the tunes are the same.
the best I got was 22rwhp with a mbt tune.
I am daily driving with a 19rwhp and improved shift points with increased shift firmness.

well - that's the net difference before and after flash only - but the gain is probablly higher due to the mods - intake/exhaust
