what is the assurance that the auto dimming feature works on that mirror. and is the price negotiable is the other peice included with it. the big black part that it connects too ?

I THINK that the auto-dimming worked with the mirror, but I have no way to test it out.

The black piece is included. I tihnk the price is pretty fair but shoot me an offer.

Might be interested in the spacers. Are you sure they're 6mm? I think those kind are either 5 or 8. 8mm being a hair bigger then 1/4". If you wouldn't mind checking that would be great.
