Nope, not yet.
I just talked to the other guys Insurance Company, and gave them my story. I believe they are gonna want to look at the car as well.
As for my insurance, i talked to my agent today, and he said the office that is handling my case, had an office fire!! What are the chances....will keep you all updated!

oh man, i totalled a civic i had for about 2 wks last yr... came out to 15k worth of damage, plus labor...
the collision shop said i needed things that i didnt, so they could make some money.. Said i needed 2 new front fenders.. neither were dented or scratched.. new hood.. ( i did need) all new windows.. just needed a new windshield.. new rear bumper cover.. (did need) and 2 new doors.. which were fine.. plus a new front bumper cover.. which was urethane and not damaged.. just needed to be repainted....
but i ended up getting a new civic out of it.. which is now paid off, so i bought the ls...

Well, i FINALLY got the estimate in, and she is going to be fixed.
Total Cost of Repair:$6777.30
Now to see if i can get some aftermarket parts.....too bad it wasnt my Focus, the LS market isnt quite as large.

Pretty close to what mine is. Except since its at my dads shop they are "giving" me a break and its going to be like $59xx instead of $6500.

Good for you man. I tried to get my dad to have them order the angel eyes and LSE kit but he kept saying something about aftermarket and not putting that stuff on my car. I told him its MY car and its not even aftermarket but factory! He just walked off lol. Oh well, I just want my car back, I'll just get the kit and stuff once I have the money.
And from the pics it looks like you made out ok price-wise from the accident. Looked much worse than the cost indicates.
