It is in the video that there is smoke coming from the gun. I am no detective, but even in court, that should be enough evidence to prove he fired the gun. But then again, we have the justice system where the burden of proof is on the accuser. At least it helps keep down the number of people falsely convictedAllegedly firing a gun.
