LS torque conv lockup

10mm bolt. i got mine with a 10mm gear wrench and a 1/4 inch drive with a swivel and ext.

The LS is fixed. Dealer wanted almost 4 grand to replace torque converter and transmission. I ohmed out the TCC solenoid and found it to be about 5 ohms. Should be 9 to 16. Got new one from Lincoln for $324.00. Thanks to bigstick1973 and Josh McMadMac I got the solenoid connector loose. Cut a 10mm box end wrench down to 2 3/4 inches in length to get on bolt. Road tested today and works fine. No codes, no check transmission message. Converter locks and unlocks when should. Thanks to all who posted replies.

GREAT! Yeah i heated like hell to cut my 10mm gear wrench... but orked great!
