i have the same problem as RollinLS. I only posess 1 key. changed starter and battery. no lights flash for pats. Seats and lights come on. But it still won't start.

Okay, you posted in the wrong thread, but at least you searched.

How about some more detail?

Does the PATS light come on steady?
Does the check engine light come on?
Does the odometer display come on?

Have you checked the relays in the trunk?

I was wondering why the hell anyone would bring back this topic. Then I read a little and found out why.

if the check engine light doesn't come on as it should with all the other lights (when key turned) then the gauge cluster can't share ground with the PCU and the LS won't start.

PATS should be easy enough to diagnose, and of course check every fuse/relay in the car.

could you tell my why? i changed my valve cover gaskets and suddendly when i drove my car out of my garage something happened and my car stalled, then it wouldnt start and it just sounds like a click like if it ran out of battery

A clicking noise is a weak battery.

Either its just an old battery or the alt is failing.
