GEN 1 is going to be more rare. It was only made for one year where as the GEN 2 was made for 3 years. Simple mathematics. I think the GEN 1 is more appealing.

Not really. I just paid less than $1000 for the 02 LSE front bumper, skirts, rear valance and exhaust tips. That included shipping as well. The only thing I didn't want was the grille. I've already got the McLaren grille that is painted to resemble the LSE grille anyways.

There is a right and a left on ebay currently for about $100 together for the GEN 2 all reds.

Those are the easiest to change to the LSE style. $10 of red vinyl, 20 minutes, every 2 years at the worst.
