Well bought the LSKoncept eye brows and all. Took about a week to get them in the mail. I applied them to a pair of headlights sitting in my house after cleaning them. About a week later I swapped the headlights out and put the ones with the eye brows on.

Well I had been driving for a few days and today I decide to take the local highway to Walmart and my damn eyebrow flies off my car:eek:. Better believe I stopped and reversed on the side lane to find out the glossy part of my eyebrow flies off and is now been made into skid marks in the road....

LSKoncept hasn't written me back about the replacement warranty!:mad:
 
Someone posted a similar story a while back. I think double sided tape is not strong enough, you need adhesive.
 
Don't expect much... I received broken product from them 3 times in a row (was actually from 5starford - Ken is just the dealer)... And in the end they (ken and max) claimed that when someone @ my house signed for the 3rd package, it was the same as accepting the product damaged.

They told me to take a hike and find a local dealer.

Now THAT'S some customer service!



I know my incident is isolated, as they help this forum out a ton. So I brush it off, but still make my story aware. And I am reminded of the experience every time I look @ my LS as the broken piece is installed on it.

YEP! That was me, driving down the highway and....seeeee-ya! they actually do fly!
 
mine started to fall off when i was driving, you just need a better adhesive like andrizzle said
 
Use contact cement. I have also read a few other members saying they fly off on the highway.

Yeah, he never did resolve the issue of selling me rear brake lines that won't fit and I can't use. I offer that if he would send me one bracket so that I could use them on the front of my other car I would be okay with it.
He said he would, but he never did.

So, make that at least two unhappy customers.

this was regarding your LSE bumper with the chrome piece...right?
 
Yes sir. Apparently shipping it loosely in a thin cardboard box is supposed to make it safely here.
 
O god well I guess its time to glue something that's already on my car down again...
 
Maybe the admin could make this a "sponsor thread" or a "sticky" so this sort of thing doesn't become a problem for anyone else. It would make it easier for Ken to reach, and be reached by, his customers. There aren't a whole lot of places to get good LS upgrade/custom parts, and to lose LSK as a reliable source would be really bad.:confused::(

That site has had a virus on the homepage for months now. There goes all their reliability down the toilet.
 
internet explorer doesn't even tell me theres a virus, but if i use google chrome it pops up immediately
 
I cleaned the headlight good first. You need a good surface to bond to. Then I used 3m trim and emblem adhesive. I bought a tube of it from walmart for a few bucks. Been on for close to 3 years now.
