Magnaflow Cats Problem - Need Help

Wellllll...... That's a T-Bird listing and there was no '06 Bird. I would be totally shocked if the exhaust manifold was different between the generations. Oddly, prices are different between '06 and '03-'04. I'm sure Ford has a reason

I had the same issue when I installed the Magnaflows on my 2004. I ditched the bolt studs that mount on the manifold and used new exhaust bolts directly into the manifold, this pulled the flange close enough to have a tight seal and it's been a year with no problems. It took me about 2 hours on my back in the garage.
