Magnum SRT 8

I drove a 5.7 Hemi Magnum and it was pretty fast... lots of torque and good throttle response.

I think they are one of the sharpest looking vehicles on the road today.
I wanted a Magnum, but the mileage was not that good so I opted for it's small "look-alike" the Mazda 3 hatchback.
They do look similar in design.
Any way, I would say go for it.
A great family wagon, plus one hell of a chick magnet.(not that it matters to a family man).
Odly enough, when I bought the Mazda,, the guy that traded it in, upgraded to a Magnum because he needed more room for his kids.
He only had it for five months when he decided to get the Magnum.
As for Dodge products, there are good and bad in all makes.
I have a 2003 Dakota R/T that I bought new, and has been a great vehicle since I have owned it.
The fact that I have only put 41000 miles on it proably helps.
In one of the post above, someone mentioned they felt the interior of the Magnum was inferior.
On the contrary, I think it is extremely well designed, the seats are very comfortable, and the car handles very well.
I really like the Magnum.
Like my R/T, when you put the pedal to the metal, the Magnum really shows it's colors.
The acceleration can be scary at times.
Bob.

If you like it just get it, your not gonna have it forever. You can ditch it later if it's not for you.

New cars are like new wifes, gotta keep them clean and take care of them cause they are costing you a lot of money. When you get rid of them you lose alot of money.

Used cars are like girlfriends, everyone else has test drove them, and put them back, and your always guessing why someone put them back on the lot. Good thing is their cheaper then new, they only cost as much as your willing to put into them, and their easy to change up. Plus you can get a new one every 6 months and not worry about losing alot of money over it.

The Aviator is in my price range too, they are pretty tempting. I have been reading up on them on the forum and seem to have minor quirks like all cars, but few major problems. Any owners have some input for me? X2 you still got yours?

Yessirrrr! I was thinking about trading it in this weekend. On what you ask! well if you must know, A Charger SRt-8, I just love not haveing a car note. I havent had any major problems with mine, it hauls ass, and I am looking to get a tune, you can find them for cheap as hell now,

I vaguely remember hearing something about problems with overheating and/or the heads on the Aviators. I'm far from positive about that, but you might want to look into those beforehand.

Yeah I found an 05 with 30K for 12K. Not bad at all.

If you choose that, get the lincoln extended warranty. Coils WILL go, and be sure to check the back liftgate, mine cracked a month after my manufacters warranty ended, other than that, mine runs like a champ. mine just turned 73000, I had it since 32000.

Go test drive it, you will be suprised be the power!
