However... all that plastic tubing that goes to the EGR valve... may be junk and affecting the performance of the EGR valve.

The tubing looks to all be gd and intact. Im going to try replacing egr. Hopefully it works

That's good. Most that I dealt with, those plastic hard lines cracked at the slightest touch.
