sorry i sound like a total noob but will mark 7 rims fit on our mark 8s? i seen a realy cool set my friend has i want them.

Mustangs have 4.5 and like topher said you can do a hub swap and use mustang wheels, if you get the correct back spacing.

It would be pretty cool to put Mark VII LSC wheels on a Mark VIII. Here's a 'shopped image of my '96 with '92 VII LSC wheels. I think it looks pretty good.:)

I'd like to do it, but the hub swap sounds like too much work. And I'm lazy.:D

That looks HORRIBLE!...but hey different strokes for different folks.

Just ask Jamie about the guys that put Mark VII rims on an VIII that he bought. Freaking hilarious to hear that story :D

I had a set on my 92 all aluminum color paint with the brushed rim, and the Bill Blass center cap, those looked sharp. Didn't Lincoln use actual BBS rims on some of their Mark VII's?

omfg i wish i had pics, few years ago we bought a white gen 1 down in st pete from some beeners at a used car lot. the guys says go ahead take it for a ride, i said bull:q:q:q:q i am not driving it anywhere. i knew it had mark 7 wheels on it, i just couldnt figure out how? so i walked over to it and looked, someone actually took a hammer and beat all the studs in an outward fashion to get the studs to go into the mark 7 lug holes, then they had the stock open acorn lugs but with ace hardware washers under the lug nuts, oh my godddddddddddd. the washers were digging into the rims it was the scariest :q:q:q:q i ever saw and the :q:q:q:qer wanted me to drive it!!!!!! we just bought it for parts, i had it towed to the shop on a flatbed, you should have felt it when i pulled it into the shop, thats as far as i was driving it, wobble wobble wobble!!! what a nitemare!

should have ripped ass out of that parking lot with that car, fling the tires off, brought it back and said....ehh I'll pass. Then sue them for purposely endangering your life with such a half ass p.o.s. car

See and if I would have said that people would have been all up in my sh!t crying about me wanting to be a lawyer someday :shifty: :p

Mark VII rims look good on a Mark VII.

End of Story.

Absolutely agree!

So what you are saying is I wasted money and time with my hub swap when all I needed was a hammer and some flat washers. I feel jipped j/k I would have used a flat bed too
