I bought my mark a few weeks ago and I Really don't dig chrome. I have a set of snow flakes in perfect condition from my 97 that I use to own and My buddy is going to sell me his 18 ADR's that he has brand new with brand new tires so I'm just trying to off set the cost from my purchase. The wheels were real dirty I clean them off pretty good was planning on polishing them because they look just a little dull, They have no some very minor chips and the chrome isn't pealing off. I bought the car in California where it had been all its life. here are the pics i will put some more tomorrow in the day light.

I've got the same wheels and I would gladly trade then for some non chrome 10 spokes..

I hate chrome.
 
I'm In las vegas so shipping to the East Coast will roughly be around 40 to 45 bucks a wheel. Just as a FYI. Thanks

He got $280 for them...He charged someone $160 to ship them..Thats a total rip off though as I ship wheels all the time and even told this guy that you can ship 2 rims per box in a 17x17x17 at 45lbs per box for around $30-$45...$30 is what it usually cost for 2 rims boxed with in like 4 states away from me.. but CA is like $45 per 2...I think when I told him this he did not understand because he charged $40 per rim...in fact I just shipped 4 rims saturday and it was $37.55 per box of 2..75.10 total...someone was pretty stupid to pay $160 to have rims shipped. When I told him this info he was happy to know because he said he was buying rims and was going to let that guy know that it would not cost as much as the guy quoted him..well then he turns around and rapes someone else on shipping? makes no sense but hey what do I care right..
im just an inflated shipping hater :)$100 is is enough to ship all 4 pay for boxes and packing and a handling fee

Actually I got 280 for them and I charged the guy 100 bucks for shipping and from las vegas I paid 40 bucks a wheel to ship to the person I sold them too. so You do the math after it was all said and done I got 206 in my pocket because of paypal fee's . So before you go on a tangent badgering me on what I did or did not do get your facts straight. I will be more than glad to post some pics of the postage paid. It cost me 160 to ship the wheels from las vegas, nv to Alabama. Yes I only charged the guy 100 bucks for shipping as well so I made a whopping total of 206 after all the fee's paypal charged me. So why don't you mind your own business and keep the hell out of mine. :mad:
 
well that dont make sense as you listed them for $160 and if it cost $160 and you charged $100 then that was your problem.. I told you when I was thinking of buying them that shipping one wheel per box is to much money.. If you ship them 2 per box then the second wheel in the box only makes it go up a few bucks..2 wheels in a box is only 45lbs...I have shipped many lincoln wheels...2 wheels per box in a 17x17x17 or 18x18x18 only cost $30-$48 for me.. $48 being to CA.....I just went to ups.com and checked on yours and from you to him it was $48.04 per box of 2 so $96.08 total...so if you boxed them in 4 boxes you wasted $60 bucks! here are the details right from ups below. zip codes might not be exact as I dont know yours or his but it dont matter. I tried using many different zips for each state and price was the same..las vagas to alabams was $96.08 as I said... AND IS FAR AS BEING IN YOUR BUSINESS, YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AROUND AS EVERYONE IS IN EVERYONES HERE AS IT IS A PUBLIC FORUMN AND THATS WHAT ITS HERE FOR, ITS CALLED OPINIONS AND SPEAKING YOUR MIND! AND P.S Idont understand why you shipped one per box as i told you this before and you were happy that I told you so you know knew?

I think you got a goodamount of money for the condition of the wheels.

The chrome was in bad shape, the centers are gonna be peeling very soon.
So you got 50.00 per wheel which is too much money, but it's not up to me to decide because I am NOT the purchaser.

If the buyer and seller agree on a price, far be it from me or anyone else to say different.

Yep, I'm 5. I joined this forum in May of 2004 right after I was born. Good deductions skills you've got there, though.... "Make me shut up"?!? Did you get that from your 6-year old? I haven't heard that one yet, I'll have to remember that one for when I start first grade.
