It is 750 bucks because they don't know what year it is, and leave it up to internet slueths to know it is a 96. But it did give me a chance to figure out what year it was, between a 95 and 96 oddly enough it was the pic of the rear seat that provided the clue, for me. I guess there might be other clues.

Went and looked at this car. It needs work. It's a rust free straight car (minus the front fender) that will probably end up a parts vehicle. He said he had turned down 750, but it sounded like he'd take 800. I drove it, and it shifts good, but when I was under it, it sounded like maybe a rod knock, something was making some noise. Not loud, but there. I've got 3 gen 1's right now, and I've never heard that noise on a Mark. The interior is dirty but not torn. Headlights are intact (HID, and he said one didnt work) It does run and drive, but needs all suspension and brakes, tires, etc. Oh, and it has 140k on it. I kinda wanted it to complete the gen 1 set, as I have a 92 Mark VII, 93, 94 and 95 Mark VIIIs, but I just don't have the space and time.
