Mark VIII Died... Keeps blowing EEC/VRCM fuse! HELP!!!

lol, sorry guys, I did get the pump in, sucker fired right up. Yes, I bench tested the old pump, I had to throw 200 amps at it to get it to turn! (!) Yep, I've been out drivin it! Thanks for all the help everyone!
