Mark VIII explodes in a ball of fire !

[97 Octane]

A Mark VIII is detonated with C4 explosive and you see the hood and
doors fly off in a fireball, four stories high.

A short clip is shown on Discovery Channels new show on Velocity called
CARnivore hosted by Josh Max, a show about a variety of gearhead topics. It
debuted on Dec 6, 2011.


Why did they have to choose a Mark to blow up? An LS would have been
a better choice. Jk:k Then again, a Mark is more photogenic for Hollywood
tinseltown. This is just one of Picture Car Warehouse's star that was used for
a Chris Brown music video, shot in Los Angeles.


It looks like a Gen 1, '93 China Blue (DG) with snowflake wheels.

That is very a very sad sacrifice! Poor car! But how the hell are yall finding these obscure videos? I barely even noticed the explosion on the CARnivore promo, then yall find the video it was shot for? Dang, yall should be investigative reporters!

what about when the mythbusters took a perfectly good AMC eagle and rammed it into a plow? even made it "front wheel drive" by taking the engine and shoving it into the rear. Plenty of good FWD hondas running around, but they take a rare ass car and ram it into a plow.
