...and I haven't even ordered anything from him yet. He's the one who answered the phone and knew exactly what I was looking for, an LSE grille. Has 9 left in the color code G2. Priced it at about $210 shipped from Arizona to Indiana. Oh baby, I might just have to pull the trigger on this, bite the bullet and pay later.

Might be purchasing one a little sooner than expected.

I am very impressed, a lot of time's I'll call and have to talk to some schmuck. If someone on here says call Max, they ain't fibbin' (at least from my first impression).

Sorry if this is pointless to some of you. I'm just real giddy right now.

Yes, Max is always great to deal with.

These threads are always intriguing, I know 95%+ of the transactions with him are good, but when he was with 5star, I was one of the unlucky ones.

I am forever bitter.

^^^ Yeah that sucks to hear drizz, I have had nothing but great transactions with him. He has also been very helpful in just searching and providing info, not even when I purchase anything.

You can even PM him on here & he gets right back to you. Nothing but positive experiences with him for me. Very helpful even if just asking questions.

I have had great luck with him. He even sent me a replacement warranty DCCV on my own word of its malfunction. Havent had a problem with the replacement since~3 years probably.

Welp, hope this doesn't become one of my infamous impulse buys. Ordered it up. Hoping to have it by next weekend. Only problem, I forgot to ask the total price with shipping. I guess we shall see :shifty:. And of course pics to compliment it along with a possible sale of the old one. I'm thinking about making a replica McLaren or one with the mesh insert, except legitimate.

He's the go to for all my Explorer needs as well. The dude knows his FoMoCo parts.

Got the grille today as expected. Exactly what I wanted and 20% off! If you're reading this Max, thanks big time!

I'm now started down the long bittersweet slippery slope of updating my car. I'm tempted to get the rear surround and the black on it color matched and slap an LSE bumper or two on there.

Pics soon when the weather clears up.

Cool.

Color matched rear surround will clean up the rear pretty nicely.

Yup, its slippery slope once you start the mods. Give your wallet to your girlfriend or wife, it will be safer with her than with your LS :shifty:
