Meth Injection

Combo

read it, seems to be a similar prob that i'm having. I've been trying to research the cost of meth vs nitrous.

It's not either-or because they don't do the same thing. Use both at the same time. See comments above and in 'Land Speed LS'.

you know in theory, why couldnt you just add the wiper fluid to the fuel system and do the mix that way I would think this would offer the best atomization and cause the least problems? is there any adverse effects of the wiper fluid as its supposed to cause a higher octane when mixed.

I am curious but have found nothing to support this but if the systems are being sold allow for injection right into the intake then why not utilize the current injectors?

Is this application strictly for use at WOT?

Thanks
Bill

Your jokin right?
1)Gas and water and methanol wouldn't mix well. Most likely seperate in the tank, Unless a mixer was installed in the tank as well. the wife wouldn't miss that,Right.
2)I don't want water in my fuel lines.

Probly best keep as an injection set up.

Dont know what I was thinking... was just day dreaming Sorry!!

I was looking for some info on meth injection with N/A set up. Anyone have any experience with this. The only people I see using it are boosted engines, it looks like it may be a somewhat cheap boost for an N/A mark. I'm looking to use it first only n/a then move it into my spray tunes. So for it looks like I would be able to run a more lean afr and most importantly advance the timing some. Thats more of the info I was looking for. How much more timing and average hp gains that would result. I guess data logging would be the key with the timing. The two types I've seen are progressive that activate off the maf or vacuum. I'm just kickin it around right now but looking for a little different set up for next season. I didn't see any post that covered this yet.

been doing alot more reading on this, I think you should check out snow performance website that offers meth kits. They have a basic kit for around 350 that would do what your wanting i think and even if it doesn't help you with power you could run 87 octane gas and would make your money back in the cost differnce between 91-93 octane. And if it did help your still $ ahead. Just a thought.
