yup. Not the first time i see this. I wonder if people sometimes take their cars to a shop and they do this, and since they don't know the difference (or dont care) just leave it that way.
 
The kid on the grille does not have Paypal. I started to buy it at the beginning of the month but changed my mind about sending cash.
