This is my favorite part:
-All mounting tabs are in perfect condition except for a broken top tab
-Also there is chipped inner tab. All other mounting tabs are fine.

So 2 of 3 tabs are broke??

Car has all the bells and whistles

Except NAV/THX, heated rear seats, chrome wheels, ERPA, etc.

Then car runs and looks great.................

Cream color paint with minor scratches and dings.

Well then...... Maybe it doesn't look so great!

It would be worth it at a lower cost. As long as the mechanics are solid.
