Steve just returned my call from Magna Donnally yesterday! I told him that some of the people on here were having problems reaching him. He said to please leave a detail message ie Name, phone number, year and make of car, and the problem you're having. He WILL return the call as soon as possible. He is sent to different locations several times a month so it may take a couple of days to get back to you. He said the company is definently still in business and they are still replacing defective mirrors. Hope this helps everybody.
