So as many of you know I was living out of my parents' foreclosed house due to be auctioned off here soon. I finally found a place to live and it's with 3 Microsoft guys who work in gaming/design as well as product placement/management

My specs:
I get a 20' x 13' room which additional sq ft (unmeasured) of 2 closets (enough to fit 2 grand pianos), a storage unit, a private bathroom with two showerheads (incase your @ss need cleaning; put that part in for Calabrio to poke fun with :-D haha),rent includes all utilities including Comcast Xfinity hd cable/internet and a personal maid who comes and cleans house on a weekly basis. Total with everything is 500 a month :-D

With your $60,000+ a year job and only $500.00 in rent you should have planty of extra money to throw at your LS now!
 
well actually LL I have been tempted by the 2011 Mustang GT.......it's so delicious...I went to the dealer in Bellevue, WA and I told the salesman I might buy a newer-more reliable car next year for my 25th bday. I told him the Mustang interests me especially since the last 5.0 came out around when I was born....what a way to celebrate 25yrs ;-)
So I test drove both V8 and V6, the dealer told me to keep it under 150mph...I got it up to 120mph in only 1/4 mile.....so f*cking loud and fun :-D I even drifted a few on/off ramps and peeled out on corners.....oh how glorious. I did it all on Halloween so I had a sunday clear freeway and sunny weather to drive in :-D I found a few GT Premiums only 2k miles away from me on Autotrader going for only 25k.....so I could pay for one in cash around summer or fall....or just put a big down on one around summer (since my credit score is now below 550 because of what went down this year).

Good thing is I got 5k in the bank still after paying for rent for the entire rest of 2010 and I still got 6 more paydays coming up. I'm gonna pay off 2 cards by chirstmas which will leave 2cards, car loan, and 2 student loans left.

So this is a good turning point. As for the lincoln I'm considering keeping it and just fixing it up...use it just for show instead of performance..then use the musang for performance....since with Mach 3 headers/straight pipe, tune, and intake I'll be pushing 450-500hp easily. Then again I heard the 2012 supra twin turbo hybrid might come out this fall or next year :p

oh btw I believe they just passed the Income tax law now so ppl whom make 35k or more a year will be hit hard...so I dunno how much I'll ACTUALLY be making come tax time.....
 
so you went to a dealership on a sunday? aren't dealerships closed on sunday's?

It's questionable, but I want my Mustang to be UNIQUE, I don't want a brand plastered on it so ppl think my mustang is just a Shelby, Roush, or Saleen with little to no add-ons from there. I like to think of it as taking a canvas or a few acres of land and creating something of my own.


I dunno, it's a thought, and for 412hp and better MPG than the LS...I think it's a good trade-off.

yup. In fact they had 15ppl just huddled around their sales area, lol, luckily I got the old coot who is dating a viet woman who used to work in concept design department before he got too old so now he's in sales. Was fun, he even got interested in the LS, told him about our group and all you guys :-D
 
Maybe i spoke too soon

one of my jobs laid me off today along with an Aestetician in part of budget cutting, so back to the ol' drawing board but I'm actually glad...I hated the SH*T outta that place, they gave paycuts without notice or giving us any compensation, plus exect us to do demo work in the halls without pay. I'm far better off :p
 
mustang, unique????? it will only be unique if you make your own parts, otherwise anything you have done has been done twice already
 
You sir, are a Bull:q:q:q:q artist and a braggart. So far the only thing you have proven is that you can get a couple of good paychecks before being :q:q:q:qcanned. Which apparently happens a lot. Oh and Petey, I mean that in the utmost respect. Bless your heart.

.....you do realize the job I got laid off from among with 2 coworkers in my department was a job I had since spring.

and remember too that I hated that job, it was getting to the point I was either showing up later, not coming in, or showing up exactly when the client gets there (supposed to come in 20mins early). The manager is such a dick sucker that when she talks to you she looks and sounds like a frail poodle. Uppermanagement is even worse to the point they won't even order you NEW BUSINESS CARDS because they are too "costly" (keep mind that the owner is friends with a labeling/card company). Not only that...they will ONLY allow 1 person from each department to work fulltime (30hrs or more) so everyone else they make work 29hrs or less. Then they expect you to give demos or free services to promote the business with no pay whatsoever. In addition the paycuts, when you make % comission and the only way that the managers "think" they can get business in is to reduce prizes by a near 50% then thats gay retarded bullsh!t.


I'm sorry but that job was full of more drama, dicksucking, stupidity, and disorganization I'm far better off leaving now than later.
 
Easy there petey, you do not have to explain yourself to me. You don't have to get all excited and defensive. I think you're all right, even if you are a Braggart and a jackass (Once again Petey, utmost respect). Wear these badges with pride young Grasshopper. There is probably a ton of massage parlors that would hire you in NYC, especially in the village. Keep your chin up, young'n. it was uber paying at first, remember I said they started doing paycuts. In fact I make 3-4k with the other job easily so no biggie loss. I could easily either run my own business, work for a medical office, or do whatever I want for the extra time I have. Even with the 3-4k I get with my current job I will still have all debt paid off next year and still have enough to get into a newer car or fix up the lincoln.....


I still say though...thinking of having a 600hp+ coupe (possible convertible if I move to cali) would be fun :p vs a 300-400hp lincoln sedan
