De-badge the rear taillights. The "Lincoln" and "LS V8" need to go.

Paint the front lower grille black. Would look great with the black upper grille and the blacked out foglights.

LS is REALLY coming along fast. Looking forward to seeing the chrome window trim done too.

already got those on my to do list. id have to wait for a warm day to do bumper tho.. unless that lower grille comes off fairly easy?

got my turbo in the mail today. bout 300psi at 5,000rpm I'm guessing. have to convert my whole exhaust to 5" to cool it. also cant run my hood. going to need help with this install

just kidding, it's actually a turbo from an extremely large gas turbine airplane engine. found it at my school figured I could get a laugh out of someone.


decided to take the window flares off, I'll post a picture when I get my trim done.

good idea, ive pondered it. my thought ended with - what about the DCC control buttons? anyone had that unit apart?

just waiting on those autumn red speaker grilles... RollinLS...

got back to the shop this week/weekend.

got lots of things to come before i go back! i'll post pictures.

so far today i got my Accel coils in, and brackets made, as well as my harness pins switched, and everything buttoned up.

honestly, I would say that tip in throttle to 3/8's is a lot firmer, rest is no different. idle seems smoother, and the tone at like 5k just has more of a controlled tone to it. overall smoother. nothing negative.

Very nice! I mounted my COPs under the aluminum bracket and forced the boot deeper into the plugwell. That way the flange on the boot is down inside and will seal the plugwell even better IMO.

'logs...Were those measurements dead on or what....Nice work!

Not to speak for him, but they do tend to break when trying to remove them. If you are not careful they do a great job of cutting fingers when they break, too.

lots of weekend goodies done this weekend, got to say im winding down with things i need to do.

first, a shot of "Lincoln" drive. i want this sign. -_-

first thing i did, was installed 4in LED strips inside the housing of my side markers. along with the LED pinch bulb.

you can see them in other pics below too.

tinted my tails. used VHT and Clear Coat

scuffed them up with scotch brite.

hardwired my Radar Detector to the RV mirror

pink is +
black is neg -

my custom mesh grille inlay.
used masonry lath. 6.50 for a sheet.

very noticeable during the day. check the final pics





painted the lower bumper black.. scuffed with scotch brite, sanded with 1500.. removed the piece that comes out, which btw..






does anyone know why a section of the bumper is removed??

I'm not usually a fan of tinted 1st gen tails, but yours look very good!

And that little piece of the lower bumper that comes out is the tow hook cover.
